Diana:

"Three concerns come to mind:"

"1. 180-day lockup selling into any buying"

Mr. Anschutz owns 85%. I'd be surprised if he does any selling. He's not short on $ :) The other 15% is split between investors and company people. Why sell when the best is yet to come?

"2. other providers will certainly hasten to match QWST's news"

They all have to play catch-up with QWST and it's going to be dreadful for them. Would be better if they tried to buy QWST. But at what price? ;)

"3. this is a terrible time for high p/e, no p/e stocks."

Can you hold a dream stock for another year? If you can, by January 1999 you still won't want to let go. PE will be lower than MSFT and still be growing at break neck pace. Do you know of any other start-up that ever made this kind of money in less than one year?
