*Donner Minerals Ltd* DML Shares issued 24279502 1997-12-12 close $0.98 Monday Dec 15 1997 Also BMA Mining Corp (BMA) The VSE has approved the issuance of an additional 50,000 shares of Donner Minerals Ltd payable to BMA Mining Corp pursuant to an option agreement dated September 27 1995 (as amended December 30 1995) regarding the mineral claims in the Voisey Bay, Harp Lake and Okak Bay area of Labrador. This issuance represents the second and final tranche of shares.
