I own some TANK. I dont expect them to announce a special dividend however. These kinds CAN trade at DISCOUNTS to cash and I'll be watching for pullbacks. Most people in this stock have losses and may want to offset other gains. Similiar companies with cash equal to the stock price are AMCE,PERS & CPTV. PERS trades at a big discount to cash. CPTV is liquidating in 2 stages. LACI almost has the stock price in cash and trades at about 2/3 of its tangible book value. PURS trades at less than half of its cash in the bank but has a class action suit pending, if that is resolved within their already set aside reserve the stock could offer HUGE upside as they have a LOT of tax loss carryforwards.
