What is scary is we are in solid 'recovery' right now and they haven't really cut much yet in the social safety net. They've cut the budget for the workers who cater to the welfare state. No one addressing the underemployment problem. Stockman one of the independent thinkers been bringing this one up for a long time yet our esteemed leaders could care less..
