Chris ~ I haven't heard any updates regarding the IPO but in talking with Helen this afternoon (Happy Birthday Helen!) she mentioned that to apply for a Nasdaq listing it costs about $50,000. Franklin qualifies in every way except for share price and although Nasdaq can be flexible in that area, I understand why they are waiting for the price to settle in above $5. Also, if they went ahead and applied for the small cap listing, to upgrade would cost more bucks. They're patient, I'm patient. ~ Jack
