Jon, Between the three companies that I am involved with, we buy about 3 computers per month on average. We are getting the best price and by far the most reliable service from our Packard Bell machines. Our worst machines are from Gateway, they are good about fixing them but then they get a lot of practice. We only go to Dell or Gateway for portables or Pentium Pro machines now, everything else is Packard Bell from Circuit City store.
