Where did you get that idea? If you ask me, those with bent phones who are smarthave every incentive to call/email Apple immediatelywhile the defective phone can still be returned (14 days).


So what percentage of people in the world do you think are smart? 50%? 10%? Even at 1% smart, we are talking about less than thousand incidents. Let's not get carried away with the sky falling yet again.


and unlike most products at the launch, there are several million units already in the field. It doesnt take long to get a significant sample size for catastrophic failures in the short-term.
