Nine complaints? Are you referencing Apple's assertion that only nine people have contacted HQ regarding bent phones in the first ~week? Look on social media. Tens of thousands of of complaints, including photos, and it's an issue that worsens with time. It's just that they haven't contacted Apple directly - yet.
