Out of "tens of thousands" of complaints, only nine, so, less than 0.1%, have contacted Apple about it? Contacted Apple directly. That doesn't mean they didn't return the phone to the store, plan to return, it, or plan to contact Apple soon. If there were only nine people with the problem, the media blitz would be the most orchestrated effort to deceive I've ever witnessed. After all, there are countless bloggers and news sites reporting the problem with their own phones, some of them prominent, and somehow I doubt they're each just one of the nine. I'm tempted to place one of our iPhone 6s in my pocket for a few days to document the results, but I don't want to risk having Apple reject my warranty claim. |
