I think maybe a joint venture is in effort. What do you mix 200 proof Vodka (100%) with to get 80 proof (40%) Vodka or even 120 proof Vodka?

Answer: water

And the best water known to man is Rocky Mountain water from RMIL. I think the next step is for RMIL to aquire a Russian Vodka company, since it is the fastest growing beverage in Mother Russia :-)
