Equatorial Guinea & United Kingdom UpdatesSeptember 23, 2014/0 Comments/in Gridline Updates /by admin
Update: 22 September, 2014

To our Share holders/Stake Holders

Sirs and Ma’ams

Having just spoken with the parties in Equatorial Guinea, we are able to provide current information that was spotty previously. As the UN General Assembly and side sessions are underway, three of the key parties to our project paperwork completion are engaged in New York until the end of this week. We were advised that Gridline is to receive a “Formal” invitation, shortly after their return, to arrive in Malabo for formal completion of the Memorandum and begin the execution of our joint project.

We were further advised that the Government would like to extend a further offer to have Gridline participate in two Government owned Communications networks, expanding the scope of our presence there. As to this last matter, we will provide further information as it becomes available.

Also, upon departure from Equatorial Guinea, we will travel to the United Kingdom for discussions regarding a communications project in the U.K. The scope is not yet fully defined however we will further update you on this after the meeting in the U.K. has concluded.

Thank you for your continued support.
