Wi-LAN USA, Inc. et al v. Apple Inc. Doc 261 (from 2Gorgeous) ORDER Re: Oral Argument. There are several motions scheduled for hearing on September 26, 2014. The Court requests oral argument on the parties motions for summary judgment only. Oral argument on the other motions is unnecessary at this time. The Court also requests a status on Apple's pending motion to dismiss in Case Number 14cv1507, i.e., whether Apple wishes to withdraw the motion in light of Judge Wilkens ruling or whether the Court should proceed with a ruling.
