So is World religions, etc. Stop being so out of touch. Creation stories are not a part of science class because....HELLO IN THERE?!--they are not science!! SCIENCE CLASS IS ABOUT THE SCIENTIFIC WAY OF LOOKING AT THINGS...NOT "ANOTHER WAY"! GROW UP!! “Why be so rabidly afraid of a God you claim doe not exist...to the point that you can not even stand to hear the idea expressed” You’re (deliberately) mistaking fear for contempt. We are not trying to preserve separation of church and state because god exists. We are keeping superstitions out of government because irrational people believe in this invisible friend from tribal mythology. Do you read? Do you read anything?! Nobody minds discussing "god" in a theology class or a class in philosophy or World Religions. But nobody needs to hear creation stories in a biology class being offered as a "SCIENTIFIC" explanation. Get with the program or crawl back under your rock. You are such an embarrassment to yourself. “let people decide what has more merit...” Oh...so merit is a popularity contest? Then why are we paying teachers? So 35,000 Christian sects and thousands of other superstitious sects are going to vote on which creation story is correct.? And the scientific research is just a voting opinion? And because it is a SCIENCE class, we ought to ignore Science? You are clueless and far far dumber than I thought. You should go back to posting one line teenage insults. Whenever you try to speak your mind in more than a sentence--you (unfortunately) DO!!
