Hey. I was laying under my car fixing my tranny and a question came to mind. You know how it was reported on this thread that Tom grecco bought 40,000 shares and you know that the company monitors this thread. So if Grecco is so honest, why wouldn't he correct the info and come clean that he didn't buy any - and that he just had options given to him.? Or at least IR should have done so. Did they think we wouldn't find out? Makes you wonder. Sort of sneaky, isn't it?
And another thing is bugging me.You know how they just wrote off 8.5 million, because they couldn't sell that Zebra product. Well what if Touchstone can't be sold either, since it's more expensive than the competition. If that's the case and they run out of money, all that will be left is Counterforce. So, the question is - what's CF really worth.
I think they've been overstating their revenue for valuation purposes. They only get about 50 cents on the dollar of the revenue they collect. The other 50 cents they colect for the dealer and give it directly to them. That means that 10 million of revenue is really only 5 million. Sort of sneaky again. But I guess its legal cause the auditors let it happen.
Oss, you have to help me here. But i think alarm companies pay between 2 and 2.5 times annual revenue to buy alarm accounts. Right? If that's right then CF is worth between 10 and 12.5 million. So lets say 12.5. Then you have to add maybe 2 million for spare parts, some trucks and the monitoring equipment and some computers. OK> So that's 14.5 million. But that's only 65 cents per share. Add another 10 cents per share for cash in the company and you get 75 cents. That's the value without Touchstone. Ouch. Ouch. Ouch.
I know it sounds much lower than the 1.40 someone else mentioned here yesterday, but that's how I figure it. Am I wrong? I even went back and looked at the stock value before they had Zebra. Just CF. Back then the stock was only 25 or 30 cents. So if you figure that CF doubled since then, the price i just figured is also true.
Oss, I know you know more than me, but can you help me here. I just want the truth and I ain't seeing it in management. |
