HAZ, have to admire RGO for doing all it can to increase its potential by looking to the future when sanctions are no longer in place against IRAQ.

Additional news today indicated that many Canadian cos and even Canadian Oxy are legally in IRAQ looking for post sanction deals and this activity is legal as long as no contracts are signed.
