Micheal,

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, so here's mine! Your logic is as empty as your head.

KRY is successor in interest to the party who legally staked the LC 4/6 claims. The claim owners have been prevented from excerising their rights because of illegal maneuvers on the part of the Ministry of Mines and Engery (read friend of PDG). 8 of KRY's 11 claims have been upheld by the court and the other 3 are pending. These 3 matters are only related to whether or not the statute of limitations applies when an arm of the government has illegally prevented the rightful owner from solidifying their claim. That's all, and that's why so many believe this is practically a "can't lose" situation for KRY.

It's Placer's history on the property which should taint them as the claim jumpers, not Crystallex. Grow up! Present some evidence/logic with your opinions or keep quite.
