Now, we know that nothing has changed since 2009. All the root causes are still there, only bigger. That's not true at all. It was primarily real estate that caused the big crash in 2008.............and bank lending and real estate practices have been ratcheted back. We are not seeing the crazy loans, the poor business practices and the uniquely wrapped derivatives.
