There are 100 millions shares outstanding. We will know for certain when NAMX
becomes a reporting company in January 98.
I spoke to management this morning, here is the summary:
1. There are findings in the fitfh and six wells
2.There will be a new member appoints to the Board of Director. She is very
well known
in the Oil & Gas Industry.
3. The Phillipine Government, The Morrocco Royal Family , China and Burma are
very
interested in NAMX technology.
4. UPR agreement is very close to being signed. Just need a little financial
adjustments
between both parties.
5. BR agreement is also very close.
6. Bank of America, Oil &Gas Finance Director (Mr.Tom Laurie), is very
interested for
NAMX technology to explore lands that they have invested.
7. There will be new release this coming wednesdays.
In my opinion, you can be be very wealthy from NAMX technology if you hold on
to your shares for years. The bottom line is still earning.The earning from
this company is going to be quite compelling in the future.
