Hey John, thanks for your reply. I had a specific apartment building but it has since been purchased. Are the homes you are investing in currently in Detroit? If so I'd like to talk more. I have purchased and sold some single family homes in Detroit. I am looking to purchase a few more to rehab and rent.

When you say plenty of money out there, are you referring to lending?
