cnbc brought out charles nennner to cast his spell , said the market will not go higher than 5% from here for years, he expects a big bear market starting in 2017, and a new bull market staring in 2020, .......i will say that mr nenner is not timid ,I really don't see how one can forcast that far into the future, his big bug a boo is deflation.
