Marvin, the other INS possibility deals with fingerprinting illegal immigrant smugglers along the Mexican border ("coyotes"), using one finger scanners rather than the ten-printers in the naturalization contract possibility. This "other" one -- for the INS IDENT program -- will require a great number of less expensive machines, maybe in the thousands, and Brad has estimated it could be over $7 million (versus about $20 million for the naturalization deal).
