ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF QUALIFYING TRANSACTION AND COMMENCEMENT OF TRADING Mettrum Health Corp., formerly Cinaport Acquisition Corp., a capital pool company listed on the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange, has closed its qualifying transaction with Mettrum Ltd., a licensed producer under the marijuana for medical purposes regulations, pursuant to which the shareholders of Mettrum completed a reverse takeover of the company. Trading in the common shares of the company on the exchange is expected to resume at open of markets on or around Thursday, Oct. 2, 2014, under the symbol MT.
