Its actually a very simple concept:

Find stocks that offer news to which there is a very significant overreaction to the upside.
News which is either meaningless, silly or very marginally positive.

Then check out the chart and imagine what would be an outrageous measured short entry, one you couldn't pass up.
That's your starting point for a short entry.

Only trade your desired entry points, otherwise pass.
Find 10 such situations and maybe only 2 of them will offer a setup and that's all you trade.
Pass on the others.

This way you only trade extremely high quality setups with great initial entry points.
This will make trading MUCH easier and results will speak for themselves.
