Well, WIND is almost down to my target for yet another turn as being a stockholder. Since my last visitation the main concern is more financial and not so much about the I2O/VxWorks etc. The secondary combined with the subsequent stock buy back plan effectively means they are effectively borrowing money to buy their stock.
