Thanks Ken, The year end audited financials could possibly be out as early as mid January. If they are out that early I would be impressed. I just know this type of thing sometimes ends up taking longer than you think, so I normally add a couple of weeks.

Ira said that the cost to do audited financials for first 3 Q's was virtually the same as doing the year end financials and 10K. So they will just be doing year end audited financials and the 10K. Usually for the 10k, it is not due until 90 days after the end of the 4th Q. Ira would like to get the year end audited financials and the 10K out as soon as possible. It is possible it will be mid to late January.
