Doesn't think much of the small-screen thummer dummers
... nor the fifteen year old begging for his third martini [thinks he's a BHO look-a-like, well wouldn't he need a doobie in hand for that? ... maybe it's the sweater, don't know]
Mainly, sees the business model fault in rejecting subscriptions as a form of revenue ... prescient some, because as i understand it, starting last december new subscribers could no longer be ad-free no matter what they pay ... which means death, ultimately, for anything resembling the original Dryer concept
In re 'lifetime subscriptions' - sometimes i sell plants, potted or bagged when they're large, been known to offer a lifetime guarantee on them ... can't fool gardeners, with most this brings a twinkle to the eye, and they ask, Lifetime of what, the plant? ... uh huh -g- |
