TC You're right! And really, if anyone shorts legally, thats, as Mike would say, a "position" in RMIL. When (allegedly) Mork shorted out of Canada, that would appear legal, no problem. What I have a problem with is illegal naked shorting. Thats why we call certs, not because of legal shorting! In a legit short , both longs and short could take advantage of a stocks performance, but a naked short manipulates the stock to the shorters advantage. A legal short wears a "white hat", Pugs
