Mike: Originally, I did not agree with your bullish assessment on OXHP because I felt that the State of NY had to make political hay out of the situation. Now that you are bearish, I do not agree with your assessment because you, again, fail to take into consideration that this latest dramatic announcement was overkill, political. The company told you that the reserve was sufficient. At the time you said that you agreed. Do you think that after the stock had fallen 45 points and shareholder lawsuits in every nook and cranny that the company is going to blatantly lie to you regarding their comfort level with the reserves? I have not yet taken my position in the stock. But I intend to within the next few weeks. PS: Still waiting to hear back from you regarding << BTW, how familiar are you with the handling of the accounting of the advances to the doctors and hospitals this year? Amounts thereof and posting to OXHP's books?>>
