Yes, I've been following China and their machinations, long before the green wienie spoke up..
Yet, I stand by what I said.
And, I repeat, I do own some physical...from as far back as when gold was in the 30's, and silver coinage was face. And, rather than buy more gold when it dropped to the mid 200's...I bought silver by the lbs...in the 4.80 range, which majorly outperformed gold's rise....Thank you very much. Also own SLW...fwiw.
That still doesn't make it 'real'....it's just metal...it has a value for USE, but it also has an 'unreal' value, based upon psychology...'all in the mind'...as it were.
Spending more time, or any sort of 'money', to print your own gold or silver coins...unless, a person is a counterfeiter...(a whole 'nuther issue)..doesn't make any sense to me...I'd just go pay for some already 4manufactured.
