It does depend. In certain markets - during the crash - it's much easier to find huge inefficiencies. During other time, like right now, it is not that easy to find something.


How quickly things change. Any opportunities in anything beaten down gold, oil, coal related ect..? A crash rivaling 2008 in so many stocks..
