basically an energizing sanity-check moment and essentially a way-point reflection juncture nothing i feel need to be alarmed about, and all very interesting, much as i find fiat money inflation fascinating besides, after all hong kong is the society that survived well our SARS shutdown for 6 months w/o particular notes other than that family values, education, thrift, and common sense triumphs over all
the city is actually functioning rather well, though am guessing that as time stretches, costs (in all its forms) rise, and when so, counter-actions can be counted on from folks affected by cost rises
at the moment all seem okay at drinking spot here, dining venue there, theatres, whatever, except for the spotty spots here and there, and even those hiccupped spots are undergoing localized dampening per newton's laws.
