My concern, joey, is that you only post information that you have gotten from those that have a vested interest. I have tried to point out the inconsistencies of what those same people have made public. Consider the following as just one little example.

In the merger agreement it states that OVIS will acquire all the shares of RMCW and, concurrent with the acquisition of the outstanding stock of RMCW, will change their (OVIS) name to RMIL. Also, as part of the merger agreement, RMCW will "secure" $5million investment in OVIS/RMIL stock.

In the November 20, 1997 press release, RMIL announced that RMCW has signed a final agreement for the funding ($5million in equity and a $5million loan).

In the December 12, 1997 press release, RMIL announced that the placement of $10million in funding TO RMCW is scheduled......

Now, the language is clearly different...."for the funding" versus "in the funding to RMCW."

If the merger has already taken place then RMCW doesn't exist and the funding should be to RMIL. If the merger hasn't taken place then RMIL shouldn't be stating that they are a producer of "pure spring and premium artesian drinking water."

Now, it could be that these are simple mistakes of wording by personnel at RMIL....but if they can't get a press release right, why should I expect them to run a company and compete with the giants?

BTW, this is just one example of many inconsistencies.
