SI's performance SUX !!!

I completely reset Internet Explorer 11 to get rid of all add-ons and restore the settings to their defaults.

I opened up a window, then went to the "subjectmarksolder" page.

That was about a half hour ago. It's still clocking.

All that was displayed is a light gray background. Nothing else. No text, no graphics, no ads.

I did some resource profiling during the time period.

The IE window with the lone SI tab was continually consuming somewhere between 17 and 23 percent of my CPU cycles.

This is NOT caused by a search engine crawling the SI database.

It is NOT caused by an ad server.

So, what causes it?

Hint: JavaScript

Seems like I said that in the past.

Several times.

Get somebody in there who cares about user feedback and can do something more than point the finger at somebody else.

In case you're wondering ... yes, it is STILL clocking, even after the time it took to write this post.

Note that this post took a bit longer to write than usual, because I reworded some statements so they would not violate SI's terms of service.

Just think about this ... the above text is a "soft-peddle" of my real feelings.

Whatever, it ...

Sure is a pretty day.
