So, why do I bring up these seemingly insignificant glitches in the user interface?

Well, they don't seem to be able to fix (or care about) the critical performance problems, so I thought maybe they could use a challenge that's more within their skill set. Maybe they can gain a sense of self worth by fixing at least SOMETHING.
