AGISS Teams With CICS To Secure Year 2000 Contract At 3M

OTTAWA, Nov. 20 /CNW-PRN/ - AGISS Software Corporation (NASDAQ BB: AGCR) and Consultants in Computer Software Inc. (CICS) announced today that they have been awarded an Initial contract by 3M to complete a Year 2000 Portfolio Assessment at its Greenville, North Carolina production facility.

Tasks included in this first phase contract include the provision of
professional services to assist in: the development of an inventory of 3M's
Greenville plant information technology assets; to conduct a high-level
assessment of the impact of the century change on the plant operations; to
develop an overall strategy and approach to resolving the Year 2000 problem;
to provide a detailed estimate of the work required to correct individual
applications; and to provide testing and implementation support for each
converted application.

Mr. Scott Feagan, the President of AGISS Software Corporation stated that
''We are pleased that CICS selected us for this project based on our Year 2000
expertise. Our REMEDY2000(TM) methodology provides the means for clients such
as 3M to: complete an assessment of their requirements prior to entering into
a large millennium project; to remediate their code; and to implement
compliant code in their production systems. I believe that once we prove
ourselves on this phase, 3M will consider our team for its other 58 sites in
North America.''

CICS is a Bloomington, Minnesota company that specializes in the
provision of IT services. The company is a 3M IT Preferred Provider and will
provide prime contractor responsibilities. CICS chose AGISS because of
REMEDY2000(TM) and their experienced people, knowledge, methodology and tools to resolve the year 2000 situation. This initial contract for specialized
Year 2000 services has potential to develop into a long-term arrangement with
CICS and 3M.
