Here's another I'm more than sick of. One version or another has been running forever, at least it seems so.

The guy with an elephant sitting on his chest claims to have COPD. I wonder how much better he'd breathe if he called the zoo to come and get their pachyderm? As if that isn't ridiculous enough, he and a friend get off the couch and take the elephant for a stroll on the beach, or to an antique car show.

Fresh ideas must be pretty scarce in make believe land!
