| Golden Minerals (AUM-T) Oct 7, '14 announced today it has completed several sales transactions totaling up to $1.3 million. The Company has sold 45 mining concessions totaling 770 hectares located in the Zacatecas District, Zacatecas State, Mexico, to Capstone Mining Group for the sum of US $700,000. Golden Minerals has also entered into an option agreement with a private party to sell its 1,100 hectare Peruvian Otuzco property for US $450,000. The Company has received $150,000 under this agreement, with the remainder payable in 2015 if the option is maintained and exercised. In addition, the Company has sold miscellaneous surplus equipment located in Argentina for $130,000. |
