Joseph, you say the company has no reason to lie. I submit they do. If, as appears to be the case, this company is flooding the market with newly issued shares (as its done in the past)
The most likely reason for the stock price decline is that SOMEONE is selling. I cant fathom that shorts (who are already short some 4.5 million shares supposedly) continue to sell short in the wake of thousands of angry shahreholders crying for their certificates.
The only rational explanation is...more shares are out there than the company says. Now, if the company had a squeaky clean past, MAYBE one could rationally give them the benifit of the doubt. This company, indeed this MANAGEMENT has a questionable past both with their ability to tell the truth AND their abilty to act in shareholders best interests. For these reasons, I wouldnt own the stock. Do you perchance have any equally rational explanations why one should own the stock ?
