But you can not help but wonder. Even if he wanted to press the suit, why would he leave himself exposed when he could quietly buy back all 90K shares? He would get a nice write off, and no worries about a squeeze. Certainly he would not be taking such a risk just try to push RMIL to 0 and save paying taxes on just $20K of income.

You see, this is what bothers me. Mork's position just does not make sense. the way I see it, he is either in big, or representing a pool of folks who are in big, or what else? I do not see any other possiblity to explain his unwillingness to cover and put this absurdity to rest. And then on the other side, we have RileyG, whose psychic power claims are ludicrous. So, the nay position is unbelievable. The self-proclaimed cartel leader is obviously skilled in the art of deception (or self deception). Face it, we're surrounded by idiots. I don't see how anybody could come out of this a winner.
