One can not help but like you guys! Never lose your sense of humor. Well, today I officially joined your littlle group; I bought 10k shs. @ .12.
I'll tell you what caused my decision: 1). I know the company exists; 2). although the financials did not come out today, Baker told me they would be out this month. They did file an NT 10k [request for extension to file 10k] on Sept. 30, 1997, and those extensions are normally granted for a 90 day period [which would mean the end of this month]. Now, although I don't expect the filings to show any earnings, I do expect some pretty detailed explanations; 3). the daily volume in this stk. is pretty decent for a penny stk.. Anyone have any idea where all the activity is coming from? Also, I requested delivery of my shs.. I'm not worried about anyone borrowing them to short [it's illegal for anyone except an MM to short any stk. selling for less than 3.00], but I am concerned about buying lettered shs.. If I don't get delivery in 5 days, I'm going to have to assume that someone [MM or Select has shorted against their lettered block]. Should that be the case, I will make a lot of noise, hanging someone's ass out to dry. My broker is a close friend and has promised to keep me closely posted about when he receives the shs..
