Gustave, yes, I think the US market will give IMCX a 40% + growth rate for the immediate future, which is in line with the expected growth of the US Health Care IT industry. IMHO they will substantially exceed that rate for the next few years. I don't know if they have plans to go international, but they have more than enough to occupy their time domesticallly with over 2000 prospective clients, for their $600K systems
I think that confidentiality is a non-issue. There is too much pressure to contain costs and with the increasing sophistication of computer security systems, patients records are safe from all but the most talented and determined hackers. The old paradigm is due for a quantum shift and ImageMatrix is one of the prime movers.
