Another thing that flies right over your head in this mythic meandering wandering Jew story, then later we find the great majority have taken the high roads back over to living in beautiful sunny open minded Egypt, which is quite humorous when you think about it. (even Jesus gets to go!) How in the big wide world of camels sheep & dogs sniffing their own vomit did those prophets miss all that in their divinely primed eigth balls? That would have been the greatest ironic whiz bang prophecy for sure, that "his people" would be living back in Egypt again in the largest numbers. Guess we'll chalk anoother one up to Evolution... And then, what happened to that older murderous prickly god character that was always wiping his people out for such violations? Did he finally get a Club Diner Master Card, lighten up after the Hellenes came into town & go cosmopolitan? Or was it just that gods don't really exist,men create them, human cultural psychologies change, again Evolution wins the day.
