What about SiGe (Silicon Germanium)? Gilder has been harping this lately....says it will replace GaAs but no time soon.....I believe it isn't the copper solution you were talking about from IBM. I know IBM is one of the big players. Nortel licensed the technology and is apparently using it in some GSM phones.... Is this correct? I am no chip guru by any means but I thought the two products were different...both were held as "giant leaps." Take care Dan Ross P.S. This is getting old folks....200 more at 21 7/8 today.... I am going to dollar cost average this stock to death!!!! It is the most profitable strategy I have found to date with MRVC during this volatile times.....Still under water on 400 shares at $25....... no problem......I am patient.....I still don't like being on the downside with trading though......
