The Tisch clan picked up another 171,000 shares of NRGN last week (after the plunge) -- their purchases included a block buy of 121,000 shares at $14 1/8. Their new buys bring the Tisch stake to 1,408,200 shares or 9.8% of Neurogen.
The Tisch brothers are supposed to be bearish on the market, so I assume they must be pretty confident NRGN is very undervalued.
