I've been on SI for over a year and have never seen so much despair.
People have worked so diligently all year to invest wisely, only
to be cheated out of their reward. Yet I've talked to neighbors who
have their money in mediocre mutual funds and they seem quite
content. Maybe it is time to get away for a while for some of us.
Speaking for myself - I'm going sailing. I had become too obsessed
with investing.
