Kenneth doesn't care as long as the Democrats win in November. He may care if his own butt runs into it.
Taking things casually on a premature basis can be devastating. Kenneth was quick to announce there would be no more cases. The "government stopped it dead in it's tracks".

Everyone, everywhere should be extremely careful.
