I don't think the messenger B/S is gonna do jack or xxxx if you are wrong...you are becoming way to involved here. If he feels that secure tell him to get an account...it will only be the 3rd, 4th, or 5th one he's paid for, whats another 75.00 bones when he's standing to lose all this money? FWIW, you are a broker, you are held to a higher standard on these issues, be careful, first amendment won't save you from everything....believe that.
