I must have missed the post, what is Mork going to put out for all too see ? An afidavit regarding his short position ? One thing I dont quite understand is why Mork sued RMIL rather than whomever didnt deliever said shares to him causing him to "get short". Any help here would be appreciated. I cant read all 20,000 posts tonight !
