Explain this....I put a buy in for 1000 shares of XYZQ at the ask. The size was 1000 so I know I was entitled to a full fill.
Datek fills me for 60 shares right away, about 45 seconds later I get another 60 shares, then 4 minutes later I get the remaining 880.
And Datek tells me I'm not entitled to a free trade because the first part of my order was executed within 60 seconds. What kind of horsecrap is that ? They "forget" the full order took over 5 minutes and the ask never changed.
