[If Microsoft were a Japanese chip company, this would be called "dumping." ] And if NSCP were a Japenese chip company, it would also be called "dumping". What is your point, please? You imply Microsoft is doing something wrong, but refuse to define exactly what this something is or to suggest a remedy. Punishing Microsoft under such circumstances makes as much sense as a traffic cop pulling you over and giving you a ticket because "he didn't like the way you were driving."
